I have been getting my hair cut at this sports clips for several years. During that time, I have gotten the occational bad hair cut, but I expect that comes with the territory when you go to a cut shop of this type (seems there is a revolving door of new cutters). Went there today to get the monthly trim, signed in, first available... there was onl one guy waiting in front of me. I waited and waited they had two cutters working and two more arrived, (looked like they returned from lunch) while I was waiting. They called the guy in front of me after about 15 minutes. Four more customers arrived after me and also signed in on their computer check in. Well, after about 10 minutes after the 2 extra cutters arrived one of the cutters calls out for a guy that came in 15 minutes after I checked in, he had signed in after me and one other guy, but got called before us.. my time is just as valuable as rhe next guys time. The average hair cut I've got here is not that special... Any cut-shop can trim my hair as well as this place. And, now I will take my business somewhere else.
