Never stepping foot in a sport clips again. After checking in online for 2 appointments and checking in to the instore kiosk upon our arrival our stylists had already started other customers. We waited 25 minutes and then I received a text update that our appointments had been cancelled and our names were removed from the appointment board. After speaking with a stylist we were added back to the list. But they then proceeded to take other customers who had arrived long after we did. Congratulations on terrible service recovery and losing these customers. Instead of apologizing for an apparent technical error and keeping us in the order we should have been in, they proceeded to keep us waiting. We left after the 3rd customer was called back and will not be coming back.

The place was friendly and had great service! I highly recommend asking for Heidi shes the best! :)
